Reservation Policy

You may do your reservation through our website. Personal details need to be filled up for reservation needs. For the room’s guest who has exceeded maximum entry pax needs to add extra mattress/es (with extra charges). The hotel reserved the rights to reject your check-in once we have found out the rooms exceeded the limited entry pax. Deposit is needed during the check-in process and is refundable during check-out with the conditions that there’s no lost and damages in the room. Deposit is RM100 Per Room in Cash due to consideration on express check-out procedures.

All reservation Without Payment would be cancelled after 6pm in Peak and Super Peak period.

Cancel Reservation

Cancel Reservation one week or 3 days before the arrival date with No charges incurred.

Cancel Reservation on the arrival date will incur one night room charges.
